BIG, Thailand’s first low-carbon industrial gas solutions leader and a founding member of the Hydrogen Thailand Association, participated in the Introduction Event of Hydrogen Thailand Association held at the PTT Innovation Institute in Ayutthaya. The event aimed to introduce the Hydrogen Thailand Association and invite interested organizations to officially join as members. It also featured the introduction of the association’s executive team, which includes a representative from BIG, along with academic seminars on hydrogen energy and a tour of the hydrogen combustion laboratory for electricity generation.
BIG’s participation reflects its pivotal role in driving the hydrogen society forward in collaboration with fellow members of the Hydrogen Thailand Association. The shared goal is to promote clean energy adoption and strengthen Thailand’s long-term energy security.
Mr. Ramani Velu, Managing Director of BIG, stated at the event:

Under the strategy “GENERATING A CLEANER FUTURE,” BIG is committed to the clean energy transition, with hydrogen as a core focus. The company expressed its readiness to collaborate across sectors to advance related technologies and infrastructure.
This seminar marks another significant step in laying the foundation for tangible hydrogen energy adoption in Thailand. BIG believes that such collaborations will be a driving force in shaping the country’s clean energy future.
