BIG, a leading industrial gas provider and climate technology company, showcased its hydrogen energy solutions at TNChE Asia 2024, the largest chemical engineering technology conference in ASEAN, held from June 19-21, 2024 at Dusit Thani Pattaya.
BIG’s exhibition booth highlighted “Decarbonization with Hydrogen,” featuring the company’s global investment of over US$15 billion in blue and green hydrogen projects through its parent company Air Products in the United States. This reflects BIG’s commitment to driving the energy transition, with hydrogen as a clean energy source playing a crucial role in the transportation sector. BIG is dedicated to developing hydrogen infrastructure in Thailand and collaborating with ecosystem to promote hydrogen energy utilization.
In addition, Mr. Piyaput Charuphen, Managing Director of BIG, delivered a presentation on “Generating a Cleaner Future” at the Decarbonization, AI and Digital Transformation for Sustainability in Process Industries seminar, focusing on strategies and approaches to reduce carbon dioxide emissions using hydrogen as a Climate Technology, promoting efficient clean energy utilization, and driving Thailand achieve its Net Zero goals together.
