BIG Supports Medical Oxygen to Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital for Critical Covid-19 Patients

Bangkok Industrial Gas Company Limited (BIG) – Thailand’s largest oxygen producer – urgently supplied medical oxygen with oxygen regulators to Charoenkrung Pracharak hospital’s medical teams. Dr. Kriangkrai Tangjitrmaneesakda, Director of Charoenkrung Pracharak hospital officially received the donation. During the Covid-19 situation, BIG strongly continues supporting the medical staff.

“The current covid-19 situation is critical and has an immense impact. There are a large number of patients in hospitals, especially in Bangkok which is classified as a dark red zone and leads the country with the highest record of covid-19 patients. Charoenkrung Pracharak hospital is one of the hospitals with the highest number of patients. BIG, therefore, provides medical oxygen to assist public healthcare agencies with the hope that we could help alleviate the impact of the covid-19,” Mr. Piyabut Charuphen, Managing Director of Bangkok Industrial Gas Company Limited said.

Having realized the importance of immediate assistance for the covid-19 patients, BIG supplies medical oxygen to public and private healthcare agencies and sets up a network with the dealers in Bangkok and the vicinity to open free oxygen refill for foundations and volunteer rescue squads.
